After your one-hour initial consultation, I will choose herbs specifically for you and your constitution creating a unique herbal blend for you. This will form part of your personalised treatment plan and it will be the base we start working from. As we continue to work together, I will continue to provide you with guidance, tools and healing practices that inform and empowers you to make the best decisions and changes for your health journey. I take the time to make a thorough holistic assessment and get to know you and your medical background.
VISION
This is where the planning takes place. After our consultation we come up with a plan for the next month. Here I will be choosing your herbs and any relevant practices and lifestyle changes that may benefit you.
TRANSFORMATION
This is where the magic happens! In the 4 weeks between your initial consultation and your follow up, I invite you to embrace the transformation process. This is the time to start taking your herbs and implement any new practices or dietary changes.
REFLECTION
This will be your follow up. We will assess your progress - what has worked? How have you been feeling? I will invite you to reflect on the last 4 weeks and we will explore the best way to move forward.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
This is our starting point. It is the awareness part of your health journey. In your initial consultation I carry out a thorough holistic assessment. We go through your current health complaints in detail as well as your medical history, diet, lifestyle, emotional health and so much more!
I also use diagnostics tools such as tongue diagnosis, iridology, pulse taking and any other relevant examinations or tests. If we are doing our consultations online this will look slightly different.
